This type of counselling has become more popular since the pandemic and is now widely used and has made therapy accessible and a preferred option for many clients.
It does make finding time to attend counselling much easier and logistically there is no need to worry about things such as travelling to and from sessions and of course factoring things like fuel or parking costs

Video sessions are 1 hour duration and the cost for this is £60 per session, payable at the time of booking session.
